Deliveries to the Kuantan area are made from Mondays through Saturdays,

Despite our best efforts, Yü Nest cannot be held liable once delivery is delayed owing to circumstances beyond our control, such as the inability to use the delivery provider we normally use.

YU NEST currently only ships to West Malaysia. If you live in the specified area, we can deliver to your doorstep.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to substitute a different means of delivery without previous notice, In the event that we fail to deliver to you at the delivery address provided by you.

To apply new address changes, please ensure an update on the website's ''My Profile'' section to guarantee that no deliveries are sent to the incorrect address. Please ensure that this is completed by 12 am on the day before the scheduled delivery. We are unable to issue reimbursements for deliveries sent to the incorrect address without prior notice in line with this paragraph.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the recipient is present at the delivery address. No refunds will be provided once the products have been delivered. For request rescheduled issue or rerouted, the charges will apply based on your recipient's location.

There are no refunds on any of our products.
